Freezing for months, they need to get this sorted or people will leave. We've been long members since day 1 of rocket and this is getting ridiculous. Would love for this to be resolved..

My service has been down for 3 days now, not sure whats causing it. I’m using AT&T
If you have a 25 mb/s service its plenty fast enough providing they have no bandwidth limits or restrictions. Best to search for an internet provider that provides an internet service with no bandwidth limits. The main providers charge if you go above their limits and could cause some issues if they throttle your service back or down when those limits are exceeded. Google search for .....Canadian Internet service provider list.
i have 6 mbs and the only time i have a problem is when my grand kids turn on their devices
How about the last 7 days at prime time on USA or VOD movies

Basic 5Mb/s at my condo and 50Mb/s at my house. When the service is working properly, I don’t have issues at either location. Lately, unwatchable for the most part. I have faith it will be back. At least I’m not reprogramming Atmega128s every 24hrs.
