Few questions I have:
1. Would I be able to run this service on multiple devices (Not at the same time)?
2. I looked at the channel lineup and wasn't sure it was current - is Willow HD included (Cricket)?

yes you can and may have to perform reset overtime you want to switch to different device. you can buy multiple codes lol
no willow crick is not available but I think it used to be. you can request for that and they may add.
