Error code 7 Blocked or expired

I have a working Dreamlink T1+ with my sub. I just got a T3 and changed the MAC ID in my sub. Using 00:1A:79 etc
No matter what I try I get expired or blocked. I am using the exact URL that works with my T1 but the T3 will not work.
I go back to the T1 and it works.

The internet works fine on the T3.

The only thing I have not tried is the reset because the provider says it should not be done.

Any suggestions to get it working ?

at the service website, change the MAC and then do a reset at the website too

Nothing to do with increasing the post.. Depending on the type of router if people have issues provide me the make and model number of the router.. Its to do with ICMP.
EDIT:- Oh yeah duh LMAO.. sorry dude
