Some channels repeat over and over

For weeks now some channels repeat and repeat and freeze over and over. "I know it WAS POSTED" they are fixing problems. (So don't post the problem being fixed, I seen it) Hopefully soon. I'm Just wondering if others having the same problems or is it just me. Also at 9:10 p.m. Eastern time it will shut down. 1 min. later back up. Maybe my internet. Just checking if others are having the same problems I'm having. Thanks ... andkaal

I noticed the ~ 9:00pm kick out, and depending on what program you use, the "repeat" may be a channel kick out, back to the guide, instead.
*and I get that a lot lately!
