yes the mag is a iptv reciever ,have you tried rebooting or doing iptv reset ? you should have these channels.

The Canadian Channels are completely black for me. I am not sure why that is the case? I signed up for this service hoping that the Canadian channels would work, but I guess not? Any other suggestions?.

Ths guide doesn't match to what is on most of the channels using tvonline 4.
