been freezing since i joined july 20 its almost october no word and no fix im on the west coast (CA) freezing is annoying these ch's freeze all day everyday most of the other ch's work fine except for these and some other sport ch's plus the resolution sucks for ufc network(156) and the language should be English even though i know spanish

I am trying to watch sky action and sky comedy and I am getting a lot of buffering on my end where the stream stops completely and buffers and restarts been happening for 10- 15 minutes now.
