All the main British channels, BBC, ITV, SKY, etc either don't work, have sound but no video, or are constantly freezing. I could understand it if this was free but this is a paid service. You expect users to pay a subscription but the quality of service you are offering in return is very poor. Come on, please get you act together and provide the service you are charging for. In return you would have less Forum complaints, happier users and more subscribers, its a no brainer.

I don't agree with that at all.

I've subscribed to IKS66 for the past 2 years and apart from a couple of blips, the service has been fairly reliable. However, the last 2-3 months have been horrific with very few of the UK channels working on a consistent basis. Sky Sports 1 (the main UK Sports channel) hasn't worked for 2 months.

It's a shame but the service for the UK channels has become a joke and their Customer Support is worse than that. They have never replied to an email I've sent them. That's fine as that's their choice not to reply....just as much as it was my choice to take my money elsewhere and find another more reliable provider.
