I have been begin for the repair of NY channel 8102 for weeks, and nothing has happen, my guess is that all the report we do it goes to deaf hears. Sorry but that is the way I feel. Thanks.

I'm having bad freezing issues, started last week.
Every channel I have tried to watch this past week or so,200 CNN,195 AHC,152 MLB
all the TSNs, 120 HIST, (way too many to list) play fine for 3 or 4 minutes
and then about every minute or so, the screen goes black and the channel
try's to reload. Sometimes it does (Only to freeze again), and sometimes it doesn't.
And all the channels have the exact same symptoms, and are acting the exact same way,plays for a few minutes and then tries to reload. Unwatchable!
The EPG has become very sluggish, and the channels take a long time to load.
It wasn't like this before.
The only channels I have tried that don't freeze are the 2 weather channels and the NASA channel.
Also, the VOD movies play fine. so it's not my internet.
I did a reset, and changed portals, and rebooted all. The issue remains.
NFPS please address this issue! It's not just me that's affected,and this is really getting
old.

yesterday there was a lot of freezing but not today.

sometimes you need to reboot your home router, conflicting addresses sometimes screws things up and a reboot will fix it.

I haven't been able to connect to good food for over 2 weeks at all, and the food network is playing the wrong language for me. I tried to switch servers, reset the IPTV and still nothing.
