Interesting topic! Did I hear someone say bash, smash and trash lol. While trashing the service won't do anything but provide some temporary relief from your anxiety and frustration over what many would believe is unfair, it's actually non productive and the mods like Crazed will never side with you! I know... It only adds to your anxiety right? My suggestion would be to pm a mod and address the situation like an adult. For example:" Dear Crazed, is it possible to recieve some sort of credit for my subscription as my sub will be up soon." No need to state what they already know about the service.. Freezing, choppy, down channels, upgrades, maintenance etc... According to them it's speculation 85% of the time as the "customer experience" apparently varies quite a bit depending on who you ask and who's ass they might be kissing (I'm joking) (not really!) at the time. Just remember... You catch more Bees with honey! Unless they're actually hornets ... Then your fucked... Just run, don't look back!
