I can tell you all that is has nothing to do with with your MAC address. I'm pretty sure the account that it was coming from has been blacklisted/suspended resulting in the service being blocked.

I can confirm it is down for me as well on a MAG250 STB.

To help the mods in future - can you use the Thumb Down icon (to show it is down) or the ice cream (to show it is freezing) if there is a picture that freezes. Its just a good, quick way we can all see what is happening (you will notice the icons on other posts.

That's why you join a national club. They don't close, they sell and you get to keep going to all the new clubs they own. I've been going to a club for over 30 years that's been bought out 4 times. I started in a small club for $50/year and now I go to a huge club with racquetball, pools, basketball and great toys, for the same $50/year. You need to chose wisely, like I have with Rocket.

When it comes to smaller towns, the choices are few and the options are less........National Clubs are a choice, if you have the choice.
