Both channels are black for me. I did an IPTV reset twice and nothing happened.

there is no 9200 or 9209 on the m3u playllist it only goes up to the 4 or 6 thousands

I don't know about the playlists. Make certain your playlist is up to date. A couple of the channels (like CNN and MSNBC ) are at the tailend, in the Testing/TMP section. It is 9200ish on some. On Kodi PVR Stalker client, they're in the 820ish region.

i don't want to belabor the point it's not worth it. you tube has both.

perhaps you have a different playlist. 6684 channels on a list from yesterday. number 813 is the last tv channel labeled test. comes right after the miami locals. after that its all movies and tv series.
