First off, per the announcement, the maintenance did not start until 12PM on the 17th, and I rember, it did not start until later in the day. As for BBC America in first message, that is a US channel not British.

It could take longer for the maintenance if they run into issues.

Im relieved to know that its maintenance….as I cant get cnn, fox, msnbc and most US channels atm….

I must say the system has been working very well (for me) since the last major overhaul six weeks ago.

Hopefully it will be all good once the maintenance is done.

Naw I've conceded... No point fighting it anymore. It's truly been a learning experience and a test of dexterity. I can say for a fact that I myself will be asking for a credit especially seeing how they added another $5 to yearly subs. If not approved by papio... No worries I'll just leave while keeping my opinions to myself. No organization can thrive with poor, or inadequate customer service, so no point of bashing the service, that's a total waist of time considering it might just get deleted. I usually let Karma work it's magic. There you go... Didn't even cuss

Some of those UK Chnls are Gr8...! Kind of wonder tho why some have Narration, like while watching, when-ever someone enters or leaves the scene a Voice Narrates it as if the People aren't watching...

no need to bash, there are reasons for channels not working, might help if you read through the forum to get your answer
