Freezing

Does any one know when this freezing will be fixed... I read that they have issues with a portal, but this was many days ago..Thanks

<<Sorry to report there are freezing issues going on especially on 200 to 300\s but the strangest part is it NEVER freezes, no issues whatsoever on the RT channels no matter when I check. The other odd part is there are less issues with most of the Spanish channels in the 9000 area. The freezing becomes less as it gets closer to 10pm Pacific time which brings the question back to how long does it take to reset the servers and if its going to continue, they may want to focus on 200 to 400 and a little less on the RT and Spanish channels/

400 channels are freezing also. This has been going on for two days on the east coast.

I agree Crazed 8.4! If its Maintenance or reset or whatever , cant it be done later at night when most people dont watch? to do it at Prime Time Makes No sense.
I have been with Rockets for a LoNG Time and its Never been this bad .I Have friends that use Other Providers and have Very LiTtle issues at all.
I Know ItS Iptv and Nothings Guaranteed , But a little more Stability for what we pay for isnt too much to ask.The fact that weve lost Many channels now as well doesnt help.

If you change the channel and go back to the channel you are watching it reconnects with the server the channel is using and reconnects but it won't prevent the freezing if there are too many trying to connect, One connects, another gets disconnected, the cue begins for the next in line, I don't know what type of server they are using for those RT channels but they NEVER freeze even when everything else is, check them out for yourself.
