    Trying to connect to IKS66 and it says your account is blocked or expired. Contact your service provider. I logged in and checked my donation and it says active, mac address is correct. Also changed from the server url S1 to S2, removed Mac, added Mac, and reset, and the problem persist. please help. I'm not sure if the problem is related with the box or the service. I also noticed when I edit the portal url instead of seeing the mac address # I can only see the ID #.

    Any help will be appreciate it.
