T3-USB ports recording issues

On T3 facing you
On Left side its 2.0 port
On Right side its 3.0 port
To record if I insert usb’s on left or right it will not record anything instantly. It only takes a jpg image shot and saves somewhere else and not on the drive.

From the EPG I setup recording for any future time which has EPG info it will record on either side ports.

If both of the usb ports have a flash drive inserted than I can record instantly as it gives me an option to choose which drive to record to.
I am using Class 10 USB drives.

Please any ideas how to solve this problem.

Both USB are original and as FAT 32.

Problems solved.
After doing a factory reset everything working fine now.
All recording issues gone.
