    Down 3 days of Authentication Failure

    Hello, I have been a member of the forum for a long time but it is few times that I have problems with my service. I write because I have three days with the Authentication Failure and I have done everything that is normally done to solve it but nothing has worked. I have been pending of the forum but nobody has written if it is in maintenance or if a problem. Someone could inform. Thank you

    what you have done to resolve? what box and setup are you using? more info would be better.

    First a IPTV reset, Disable Stalker Client, clear data, shot down the Android Box. When start the box again open Kodi and enable Stalker Client.

    at the nfps website, you can try two things.
    Set country to All Country followed by a reset at the website.
    or
    Change the URL portal at the website and then change the url on your receiver setup to match the new url
    Then a reset at the website.

    When change country and reset can't do it have massage "country is mandatory".

    Question: always use the Android box in portal 1 with the URL portal 3 and never have problem. I need to match the portal of the box with the portal of the website that give me (p3)?

    Unplug the box select a country,Do a iptv rest.Then log back in and set to allow all country's.Then plug the box back in.
