I've received a message stating the my account was blocked or has expired. I've check my account and it is still active. I have done a reset but nothing changed. Any solutions?

Seems like a general issue. Me and my clients are having the same msg. Give'em some time to restore it.

what causing the problem is the country lock, lots of my clients are having the same problem, i have to select allow all country and reset
I think moderators must stop auto country lock and let it optional because this give to much problem in some countries ....
I hope the mod's are aware of this issue and can resolve it asap, because its been 2 days for me.
Select a country do a reset then go back to allow all country's and then plug the box back in.
If you change the portal on the code it will fix the problem......Make sure and put the same portal in your box also....Thats the fix
