yup, is the best for user in that aspect.
But what happens is a newly created MAC (IPTV) ID ends up being an actual ID on someone else's box. It is a random thing and chances are astronomical probably, but when it happens (and it does), then I need a picture taken of the mac so I can then get it released.... Its a admin thing and it takes time..
That time transfers to the user of original MAC

me thinks it's not astronomical when some b00b posts their mac in public...lol

at FINISH Saying Device Not authorized


UPDATE Tried 7 times then a update page started to load!!!

AM in!!!

Still having problems updating some boxes (Device Not Authorized)
and one box the remote will not respond

Try updating from inside the Settings menu.

From the Home Screen, go to Settings, go to Device Preferences, go to About and you will see option for System Update.

contact buzz and give them your mac, the macs need to be added to server
It happened to me with my first test box ,had to wait a day...lol

That's correct and when you close the window the box shuts down

Ok i got a hold of BUZZ TV engineers on this Not Authorized show up on start up..

Using the Remote press the on and off button while it in the file download..
The box will Factory REST its self

Sure enough it works!!!

Note leave on the homepage until it asks for a reboot
then the new file will load!! (3mins or so)
