problem with signal

good afternoon, I have a problem with my mag250 and with the internet service, I live in mexico and here they blocked all ip and ports for IPTV, how can I open the ports or the IP to my mag250, since it worked very well until a month I spend this and my device connect it in the house of a friend who has satellite internet and it worked perfectly you see all the channels, that recommend me what I can do, since I can not get satellite internet myself.

forget to say it's a modem izzi arris tg2482

maybe time for a new modem...or try using a public DNS on that modem.

I had an arris router some time ago and it would not allow one of my iptv boxes to connect at all. So I changed out that modem and went with another and all was fine then.
