All channels went black

All of a sudden the picture disappeared from the screen. All info is still present. No picture, no audio. All channels. VOD is working fine.
Going into my resellers panel and edit my own subscription I notice the following:

In the Country Lock line is the following information: A PHP Error was encountered Severity: Notice Message: Undefined index: BQ Filename: reseller/reseller_change_client.php Line Number : 1204

After a reset I get the same error. Also the same result when I set the Country Lock on my area, BQ.
Country Lock is set as: All Countries.
Strange, because it was running fine.
