My mag is about a month old and will not turn on by remote or by doing a force bootup holding menu button.The blue light is bright like if turned off with remote.If I can't get to bios menu is my box dead?

Try taking power off for one min and see what happens.

Done that several times trying to force boot and had it unplugged all night.When I tried it this morning same thing nothing.
