I see. only one thing I will do is just take that modem/router to your ISP's walk in center and swap that with new and see the result. but you have done most of the troubleshooting on your end.

Dodgeit1, I just tried for you and loading, loading, worked, freezing, loading freezing, then I turned off lol. no good with atleast my hotspot. my country has garbage cell phone internet. do have good cable internet. when I get problems I just go my self and fix my self if theres minor issues outside.

when I was in USA I tried their LTE was not bad at all. but yes still cell phone is not preferred yet. hopefully 5G will change the game. well here in my country im hardly getting 4G lol. I get 4G icon but not the speed lol

Hi again dudes, I talked to my isp support to ask for a modem change, they asked for a lot of tests, speed (96 MB), ping with no loss packages, and made me wait for their own tests, thery said is nos necesdsary a Modem change as there is no probolem with the service, could it be Im done with rockets?

On my panel i have some rockets i have not used, could it be possible to change one from rocket to privateserver to rest? are they different?

I don't think you can change from rocket to private server. you can try free trial from private server and see if that help. or may be send email to papio and see if they can change portal for you but I don't know if this will work but does not hurt to try.
