Sound issue

Certain channels/movies usually at a loud scene the sound goes all glitchy sounding. Hard to describe, sometimes goes along with the picture pixelating. Why does it do that? Is that the box? Source of the stream? A wrong setting? Thanks

I am having issues with the sound also. Last night trying to watch a movie and it continually froze. Could not watch it. Changed to another movie, it didn't freeze but the sound was not loud enough. My TV sound was all the way to 100 and mag remote at its loudest, could barely hear the voices but the action scenes were loud enough. Hopefully this will get much better when they are done testing.
