I just try to buy tru coingate and verify email and phone and was declined but when I login my bank account they charge as simplex_bitstamp $104.00 for 24 credits and I dont see NO credits posted on my reseller panel

If your geo area does not carry that, then look at other options,also in the announcment threads

You will only pay what the IPTV Service cost, as i said before the ordering sites are covering the fee.
