LG Smart-STB - VOD Black Screen

I'm using Smart-STB on my LG webOS 3.0 TV. I'm getting black screen with VOD. This only occurs with portals from iptv66. Other providers work fine. I contacted Smart-STB support and they provided me with this fix:

I have to have their portals unblocked by iptv66, but I don't have access from my login to do that.

Anyone know how this can be done?

Tried contacting iptv66 support but received no response.

Like DU says get rid of the link or code it.As for them opening ports no they won't do it.

Also when You make a Post and want to put in a Link that is Acceptable with the Site Rules You will notice up top some iCons and such... The One You want to use is the 6th one from the Right End of the bar, it looks almost like a Globe(Blue) with a Link(Like a Bicycle Chain Link) at the bottom of it... High-Light Your Link, Click that iCon, go back to Your Link and Copy/Paste in the little window that opens when You click the Globe and the Link will now be Coded...!
