ESPN HD (9140) and ESPN2 HD(9143) are freezing on portal 4

Could you please check the servers everything was working fine on Dec. after New Year 2019 came in all 98% of the channels are freezing. I have already reported to papa on IPTV Zeta because I also have that account too.

- Portal 1,2,3,4 & 5
- All Channels / is freeze... a lot since yesterday this behavior and my neighbors and also some other family with the same issue
- Mag 254
- internet speed on some of my family and neighbors 50mb and myself 200mb

Please advise.

Both History Channels are down on Portal 2 in addition to A&E, BBC America and a few other channels are down. IPTV Reset done and all devices rebooted w/o success. Can someone please address and correct? Thanks.
