    American Dresser (2018)

    Director: Carmine Cangialosi
    Writer: Carmine Cangialosi
Stars: Tom Berenger, Gina Gershon, Penelope Ann Miller, Keith David, Bruce Dern

"After the sudden death of his wife and a fractured relationship with his two daughters, John Moore along with his best friend Charlie Wylde, decide to ride their motorcycles from Long Island, New York to the West coast. In this modern day western, they are reminded of the beauty this country has to offer, encounter many interesting people, and unexpectedly discover something about themselves.
Life is a ride...one mile at a time."

Some critics did not enjoy this movie, they said it was a 'cliche ridden, bandwagon riding' type movie.

    But I enjoyed it.
    It's a feel good movie.
The acting was great, with the likes of Tom Berenger and Keith David showing us that they can still get it done

Berenger and Keith David's characters take off on the road on their Harleys. They meet up with a younger bike rider and a drifter and he joins in on the trip. The younger guy seemed to me that he was added into the story as kind of a guide or scout for these two old farts, keeping them save in a un-noticed way.

The movie does not get too interested in the biker cliche as some may think, it is more of a story about a man's journey in his older years, in which his intentions are to join up some lost ties from his life, even if he does not even know it

This is a good feel good movie and done with quality to the story... no matter what the critics may say

"The illusion of freedom will continue for as long as it's profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will take down the scenery, move the tables and chairs out of the way, then they will pull back the curtains and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater."
