The vid above shows the issue in action. Just like the other issues I and some others were having with epg timing and program info, it doesn't seem to affect all users. If the original first page of this thread wasn't deleted, there was a couple accurate descriptions of the issue...

just confirmed with few friends and no update available for xpl 3000. but strange part is 2 friends bought xpl 2000 basic 2018 same time, same place but one is not detecting update and second does. but when he hits update it says downaling and nothing after that. he tried everything I told him and no luck. just posting my findings for the moment on the update for 2018 boxes .
However one thing I did find a little odd , when I go to update via the apps settings.. if I turn off auto and do it manually my box will not connect to their servers period. this could be the issue. says cannot connect to server?
