No service yesterday at all on both my subs. Speedtest Download at 94mbps and epg loads fine, but no channels working. Changed from portal 4 to portal 2 but still nothing.

if in west coast and not working it you but odds are it still you have you rebooted the box turn off router unplug it and then try all oh one more thing check you codes

Checked both donations, 345 days left on both, it says they are active. I use m3u on perfect player. On the donation checker it does not show that I'm using m3u list when I log on? They went down at same time and same day. Were working fine.....still not on???? Any suggestions please....rob

if all was working fine try ip reset where you look at your codes

Thx Marley....I have worked at this all morning and getting nowhere. Have did an iptv reset at papiao, have changed portals, rebooted modem and android box many times. It looks like I'm not being connected to the nfps server?? Pretty frustrating for sure....What's weird is that neither of my subs work that were purchased at the same time....rob

I have now completely cleared perfect player data and reloaded my m3u playlist. The playlist downloaded but not a single channel works????? I'm baffled??
Is it possible my donations are not really enabled at nfps?......rob
