Its normally installed already on my XPl3000 sport edition.
Press your Kodi Button, it may be on there already mate.
If not, via google play is fine for 17.6 and Kodi 18 beta 5
older box has 17.5 on it
Where did you try downloading from?
If Google Playstore, it will detect the type of device you have and Install the proper version.
If you have a preloaded "Beta" or a Custom Build Kodi build preinstalled, you would get a message other than what you have noted.
If you downloaded Kodi 17.6 from Kodi or from another source, there are many versions available that are Processor or Architecture specific.
For Buzz3000 you want ARMV7A(32bit) Kodi 17.6
* If you had an older STB with Android 4.4 or less and tried to install Kodi 17.6, you would get that message.
* If you tried to install the ARMV8A(64bit) Kodi 17.6 on your STB, you would get that message.
My recommendation ... Uninstall any preloaded kodi, go to playstore and install from there.

thats what i have been doing on all my boxes fresh is best when you can do it
is there a big difference from 17.5 to 17.6
there’s no difference between 17.5 and 17.6 (it’s just a numbering issue), and there are certainly no database changes between these versions
