Every Pool member is eligible for the Main raffle.
Listed below shown with an asterix beside their name are only all those eligible for this separate secondary side-line raffle (if we can call it that)

The way this works is every Pool member will now have a chance to win 2 diecasts for this season. But only one member will be able to pull that off

Every member weather you are a previous diecast winner or not, every pool member gets to play the 'main' raffle.
But the secondary raffle will be for those listed shown below with the asterix, those are members who had not won a diecast this year.

So, those with the asterix can play both raffles and that also gives them a chance at 2 diecast wins, same as everyone gets

So yes Ryu, you are in the Main raffle for possible chance to win a second diecast
