They have improved overall in the last week or so, which is a good sign that they can continue to do what they have been doing (tweaking settings, scaling up equipment, swapping out equipment etc.), to give us more than the Service we initially donated for.

Is there any plans to start using the new H.265, HEVC codec.
Us with slow internet (3Mb's) would appreciate it greatly

h.265 requires more advanced Encoding hardware, and most will wait until it is more aged and costs come down.
