In my honest opinion I would not want to get a duel android and Linux box in one simply because the Android box keeps improving as for the mag 260 your pretty much stuck with the android part of the box and cant upgrade. Only way to do that is to buy a separate box so I say stick with the 254 or 255 and buy the best android box out there like a minix.

Today I have got my MAG 260, but must change from Russian language to German first.
I will test it intensively and will tell the facts here.

I also have a MAG 254 and a MAG 275.
Also an AuraHD Plus (MAG 255) and the best box: AuraHD International S.E. (MAG 255)

That last box is expensive: 299€, but you will get:

- Online TV (1800 channels for free)
- Online Radio (850 channels for free)
- SHOUTcast (50000 channels for free)
- New: Vimeo

So the testing of that nice discontinued MAG 260 has begun!
Linux vs. Android

Sure: No Emulator is as good as the original!
And 1.iptvprivateserver.tv works very good for me on my MAG 254!!

I have resettet my MAG 260 to factory settings. Then bootet again and startet the App STB Emulator and inserted:

So I could install:

- Online TV (startable, no channels)
- Vimeo (startable, no Video)
- SHOUTcast Radio (works, 50000 Radio channels)
- Online Radio (works, 852 stations)
- VINTERA TV (startable, no Video)

Further tests will follow.
