Don't the Mag Boxes have a Reset Hole in the Back or Underneath of them...?!? If so use a Toothpick after unplugging and hold it in while Plugging the Box back in...!
just unplug it for 3 min, then plug it in with OUT cat5, see if it comes on

Have you figured out on this issue?
I have two customers with the same issue, no settings changed on their boxes, it happened all of a sudden. I contacted the Support IKS and they replied me that they did a ''reset'' and to restart the box. Did it many times and same issues. All channels in black.
I tried many resets-generate new route-changing Mac address and still same issue.

Same prob. - fixed now..
wrote the P$, they did a reset on their end. TV again!
I suspect you could do a reset on the checker page & then reboot...
