I am not getting the guide at all. anyone else not getting the guide. if you getting the guide what do i need to do. this is the second day.

I thought the Provider guide was fixed?
Should not need this now.
Try to reboot your Unit. (Unplug for 2 min's then power back up).
Guide data should load automatically.
