p1.iptvrocket.tv seems like the only portal I can use

yes, with rocket you can not change the portal.
But seems the VODs are currently down, so prolly a different portal would not help anyway.

Iks 66 still not getting vod have done portal changes also my tv channels constantly freeze or stop and start back between a min or a few seconds back is this being worked on

VODs have been working (with iptv66 and NFPS services), they started working shortly after this thread was first posted.

My Friend says They are working on Rocket using iptvXtra in Kodi... if You like Closed Caption in a dif language...!

have you tried changing the iptv Portal thru your code at the website?
