It's been over 3 weeks since NFPS has moved the HD stations but they are still unwatchable. Slow motion, buffering, freezing and no improvement. Getting very annoying as there is no communication between NFPS and the customers.
whats your setup please. I mean what box do you use? what portal? what have you done so far to resolve this issue? may be little more info would help fix your issue.
im doubt its on NFPS because whenever its on their end they always post in announcement section. try to reboot your modem, router, reset your portal..ect might help fix your issue. please let us know
