Sub $100 IPTV box that is readily available?

I'm pretty new to the scene, but learning quickly.

I wanted to ask if there are any boxes under $100 that are worth having and that are available for sale in the US. I wanted to get a Mi Box, but it is completely sold out and was looking at other alternatives.

Here's what I want to achieve:

• Watch IPTV (no gaming, no netflix, no anything else)
• Have the unit connect to a VPN all the time (If I use an Android-based system I can use my exisiting VPN's APK to install)
• Speedy menus (no lag)
• Relatively easy to set up

I'm currently using TNT and it works pretty well and I'm happy with the service.

Would a Fire Stick be the next logical choice?

Any insight you can provide?

Buzz xpl3000 is a good unit.
These Services (for IPTV) will not be possible to use with a VPN.
