KODI HELIX 14 and Stalker on Minix Neo x8

Hi IPTV/KODI GODS, I have a little issue I am struggling with. I can't seem to get the live TV from buffering every few seconds it doesn't matter what channel I am on. I have cleared the cache reset both the PVR and EPG database and restarted Kodi. It seems to work for a few minutes solid then back to buffering I go. Any Ideas on what I can try to correct this issue? I can run any movie or show from Phoenix, Genesis or any other app just fine.


Here is what I am running.

Minix Neo 8H Plus
Kodi Helix 14.2
IPTV Stalker for KODI 1.0.18
EPG is working great!
Internet 100MB Down 50MB up
Latency is around 10s never higher that 15s



P.S. I also have a MAG 254 and it runs very smooth.

Thanks smoke I saw that thread but looks like for windows users not sure how that would work on a Minix Neo 8H plus or other android devices. I saw something similar for a raspberry pi but thats a linux os.
