Depends on what you use to access the Service.
(Did you change your Donation# or get a new Donation?)
If you have a MAC# linked to your old Donation#, you have to remove it from the old Donation and then use it on your new Donation#.
Then you need to change the STB settings to new info and Reload it.
If using Kodi, you have to disable the PVR, Make the changes to your settings and save. Delete your Data in Settings/PVR&LiveTV, then Re-Enable PVR.

I'm a long time user however this morning I am having stalker login failed. I changed the device numbers and serial number and did a reset online but still cannot login to get channels updated. Is the network down?
