constant freezing or sound loss

hey guys for the past couple of weeks this service has been unwatchable with constant freezing and sound loss pretty frustrating. Netflix ix getting boring So I was wondering when iks was around we where always told to have a sub. Now that iptv has taken over the market and its available all over the world is any one running a second iptv server one comparable to lots of movies and kids tv. don't get me wrong I like this service but now that iptv is so popular and cheaper than cable tv cable tv is not really an option. anyone have any sugestions
