Why does this happen and how can it be fixed?

it is 5pm EST now and 66 is not down, not here anyway
Does your computer take updates at those times or other scheduled tasks ?
Are you able to get on-line to a site like iptvTalk at those times ?

He is talking about some channels going off. It seems the U.S. channels die at that time then return after about 10 - 15 minutes. So some channels are going down at those times. However the service is fine.
