Days ago I renewed a month of my IPTV service account, on April 19 I was notified that the payment had been received successfully. However, because I do not know, the mag254 appears as STB blocked. my account is up to date and it's been two days since I've been able to watch TV by mistake of I do not know who, but not mine. I need help with the unlock of the mag since I also wrote more than 24 hours ago to support by mail and I have not received a response. I hope a quick solution. Thank you

That happen to me in my 2 account all did change my portal from S1 to S2 and other one S2 To S1 and that fix STB Block I hope fix you problem after you change you potal do iptv reset
