I'd check to make sure the account shows Active at the Donation Checker. If so, change the portal while at the Donation Checker and then reflect that change in your configuration.

Did You happen to see if the MAC was Still the Same or if it had changed...?!?
Same here, renewed with the new Mac ID, The web tv is showing "contact Provider STB Blocked". Checked donation checker everything looks fine and active. Changed server NO response.
But I notice the web tv app is still showing the old Mac ID, where as I have a new Mac ID assigned. How can we change Mac ID on Web TV?
Try changing it at the Server to what is in tv app...!
Correct.
You would have to adjust the MAC at the service website to match that WEB mac addy.
The WEB app's MAC will be same MAC as what your TVOnline MAC is.
I am assuming this is the WEB app and not Web TV app and that you are running an avov ?

That is correct when it comes to the avov, yes. That's the MAC you need to use.
For MAC already in use issues, click on the thread linked below...

and until this gets resolved, you can always use an m3u Playlist
there are many Players to do that with, your Fuse may have some Players in the Market.... Check link below for some instruction... It is written for rocket service but works same with nfps or iptv66, just use correct websites accordingly.
