Got the box set up, got a server and up and running. No idea what I was doing and locked channels I wanted. Now can't get in anywhere as it says password required with no way to enter password? Any ideas what I done wrong and or how to fix.

when is asks for password, enter 4 zeros thru the remote.
Then when the channel appears, hit the Blue button to unlock it for next time. Do same for each locked channel.
I think it is the blue button,.... (there is a Legend at the bottom of the screen to tell you what color button).
