I sold my Mag 254 on ebay, I reset my mac before I sold it.
The person has tried to reset but it says it already exist. He bought a three month sub, and can't get it to work. It says it is blocked.
Can I get someone like a an admin to help me out here.

When Crazed 2.0 comes on, he can take a look at the situation. You might want to send him a PM, relating the information you posted here. Also, include the e-mail you used for the donation, the donation number and the MAC address for the MAG 254.

your freind has that MAC currently attached to another code. It is his other code, not yours.
You have done everything correct in your sale. This issue is because he is trying to use that MAC on two Routes
