Cant find rocket order site

I have reported this directly to administration.

Tried to get two rockets,and both times the same,-I put my payment info,email,both times I got the confirmation #,(both times the same #),and was waiting for email from papiao with all donation info,but both times the same-no email with info,but also,they did not charged my card.did anybody can help with right direction?thank you

Try a different gateway and/or try a different card. I try the gateway route first.
