Problem with route / reseller panel

mag254 is saying stb is blocked , but even if i reset the route in the reseller panel or change mac address to another one i cannot use the route , i tried contacting iptv66 support , but they forwarded me to the forum , i also can't get the m3u if i use the username and password.
Any help would be appreciated.
already tried generating a new route also , any moderator that can help ?
