Can only get remote channels....

I was using potato tv and it was working ok then I lost all the channels except the remote channels, tried everything could not get it to work. So I have
invested in a DL2 and set it up and the same thing is happening. I get London Live, all the adult channels that are remote but none of the local channels they
just sit on the station and load... all of the guide is there.
I have NFPS and have done IPTV resets, changed portals, changed donation #'s many times. Has anyone else had this issue,

factory reset the box and start over
