    Post Remind Guide Feature

Would love to be able to set a Reminder in the Guide for shows in the future. I have another guide ' on-tapp.tv' which allows reminders to be set.

I would think that this is dependent on what device or program you are using.
    What are you using?

I use an HTTPC with Intel I5 processor and a Linux operating system. I also
use PVR Simple Client. How does that affect the EPG software?

    Google Kodi pvr reminder.
dont know if this is still viable. It was an older service add on.

There is also a fork of pvr iptv simple that incorporates Recording (and reminder timers) from the EPG.
Uses ffmpeg as external recording device.
Google kodi pvr.iptvsimple-17.0.0-Krypton-Win-Record (krypton/win only for now)

*That is why I needed to know.

Not exactly what you asked for but it serves the same purpose: install the TV Time app on any android phone. It will send reminders an hour ahead of time for any show you've added to your list, shows the upcoming schedule, when the next season begins, etc.
    Linux, Kodi 16.1/17.6

A great offer, but I'm one of the minority who do not have a cell phone. Nice try though

Not sure how this works but it should be explained on the Site :
    Code:
    https://titantv.com/Default.aspx?r=t

When You Hover Your Mouse over an upcoming show You can click it and it will give You another Menu with Options, one of which is "Set a Reminder"...!

    Hope this Helps...!

Keep your eyes on this topic:

    Code:

For windows/android users, this is already working:

    Code:

I haven't recorded anything yet as I don't need that, but if I need to pause a live stream for a minute, it works.

There's a ton of info at the kodi forum for pvrs and iptv, you should check it out! There are several different versions of simple client pvr. I really like having the time-shifting function working. I use it all the time with my playlist.

Since you have linux, check this out:

    Code:
    https://github.com/rkubera/pvr.iptvsimple

There is also another version of Kodi 17.6 with DS Player instead of DVD Player that has the time-shifting and timers/recording built in. Get it here:

    Code:

    Cheers!
